Please make sure that doors and windows are locked when not home.

Lost keys are $50 deduction from your security

LAUNDRY:

  • Ventilate by keeping washer door open when possible.

  • Lock doors and windows when not home

  • For best use, do not overload the clothes washer.

  • Be in attendance when using either device.

  • Empty dryer lint trap at least every other use for fire safety and better use.

Garbage

Recycle & trash bins located under sink. Please always use trash bags provided.

Large bins are located west side of the building. Make sure the regular trash bin is locked as animals can go through it.

Curb pick-up is early Friday mornings. Bins may be set out Thursday eve and brought in Friday.

Bins should be placed no more than 5ft from curb. (against the fence is fine)

Do not overload the bins.

ATHROOM:

  • Ventilate by keeping fan on, please.

Kitchen

Store Name
SGrease clogs drain. Please dispose in the trash bin.

  • Disposals are delicate. Use wisely and sparingly.

  • Ventilate with fan or window when cooking.

  • Food storage containers and melamine dishware are not suitable for the microwave.

  • Keep area clean to prevent mildew or insects.

  • Basic cleaning products provided. Replace if needed.

  • Please, no smoking or candles. We have battery candles available.

PETS & OVERNIGHT GUESTS:

  • No pets at this time. Guests staying longer than 1-2 nights must have written approval.
