FAQ: Some answers to questions I most often hear…
What about deliveries: Depending on your comfort, it’s ok to send packages to the building. Large items that do not fit in the mailbox will be placed outside. Your building neighbor’s are helpful and will bring items they see outside.
Does the kitchen have enough space for a small table: Yes. Tenants are often able to place small table or other storage shelving against the kitchen wall.
What about Cable Wifi: Most tenants use Comcast or Sonic. I understand the reception is fine with either.
What about noise: Generally it’s a quiet, professional building. If you are standing in your hallway and others are in the communal hallway, you may hear each other, but in general, it’s quiet and insulated.
What about garage storage: No personal items can be stored on the garage floor. Items will be removed. You may lock up bikes and place items in the overhead storage locker.
Fire-escape / balcony: Sorry no BBQing is allowed nor items that may block any fire-escape door or path. Please decorate sparingly to keep safe.
Can the garage fit a van or large truck: Nope. The entry is just under 6ft and while SUVs fit, vehicles large than that will not.
